How do I check a payment has gone through

Hi I have made 2 payments to the same company but it looks like none have been taken, why have they not gone through and can I retrieve them.

Back transfer, card payment?

If card payment you’d have had notification that the amounts been taken and it’ll show in your feed along with details of the merchant.

Bank transfer that will show up in your feed an all.

Can you see the payment in your feed or are you saying the merchant / recipient hasn’t had it yet
