@simonb & @Ancallimon thanks for your help, Iโm managed to find them now, it was my fault as I wasnโt looking on the emojiโs on here (above) but I was using the ones one my phone keyboard, duh. Sorry about that. 
One thing I did notice though in this emoji list, there is no Welsh flag 
which is on the main phone list
