Hiya,
I’m almost properly signed up after being given a golden ticket.
Sent off my ID, details etc and got to the “Use Touch ID to authorise payments” part on the app.
I click Activate Touch ID, but the screen goes red and reads “X There was a problem - App is in incorrect stage”.
This also happens when I press “Not now”.
Any thoughts as to why this is happening, or what I can do to complete my application?
