I don’t think there’s any sort of formal graduate or intern programme right now per se. That being said, Monzo do hire recent graduates – I graduated last July (MEng) and start with Monzo next month. I do believe that the notion of the “graduate programme” is somewhat outdated, particularly in a software engineering context, so I personally wouldn’t advocate for one at Monzo. In my experience they consist of a bunch of training courses that nobody wants or needs to attend!
