A friend just signed up for a Monzo current account using a Pixel 2 XL however when taking the pictures of his ID and recording the video the capture was not centred as displayed on the screen, instead it captured off to the side meaning you have to judge where to hold the camera to get the picture right. Is this an issue you’re aware of?

It’s been reported on the forums on the thread below, and at least one other person has reported this problem to the in-app support. But it’s probably worth contacting in-app support and letting them know you also had the problem.
