Getting multiple charges for a subscription and can’t contact support

This is getting infuriating, I signed up for Suno AI for a month and forgot to cancel. No biggy however they’ve now charged me 8 times over 24 hours and I have no way in Flex to block the payments all I can do is dispute them.

When I try contacting support I just get an error message so I’m left here hopeless with £22 coming out of my flex every few hours. I’ve contact Suno and no reply yet.

Have you frozen the card?

  • Restart your phone
  • Reinstall the app

This usually fixes odd things like this, so at least you can then contact customer support. Be sure to freeze your card first though as mentioned above :point_up:
