Pension review yesterday advised put some cash holdings into an NS&I one year fixed bond. The pension company can apparently open the account with no problem, but then have to fund it by posting a cheque to NS&I. ---

Not much bodes well for Metro right now, but voting this through staves off a probable collapse at which point the BoE would be making the decisions. They need to sell something big off and fast. ---
