In a roundabout way that hack got me my first job. We had to a presentation on anything in the assessment centre so I did it on that and the assessors had not heard about it etc and found it compelling enough to give me a job….

I have to say both the son and I are enjoyed Avowed.
I played this for a bit on PS Plus. It’s an ok game, very basic, I feel I’m quite far into it.
Is it ground breaking? No. The hoards are fun!

Enjoying the new assassins creed.
Just installed a PS2 emulator on PC and it runs old school PS2 games perfectly with a controller. Worth a go if you like retro games ( crash bandicoot, burnout etc.. Loads to choose from )

Just started it this morning as it dl ok. Got the first chapter done and I’m in chapter 2 now where they start introducing combat mechanics. Not really my type of game but I’m keeping on for the storyline. Pity you can’t get chapter 1 as a demo. Liking it so far tho.

Thankfully already have a PS5 so doesn’t impact me, but it feels like this generation is just very lackluster. More expensive consoles with very few exclusives that actually make use of the console power. At least with the Switch 2 you’ll know you’re gonna get plenty of new Nintendo games from them.
