Frozen out of account

Hi I have been frozen out of my account. Problem started when I switched over my standing orders to another bank and Monzo started freezing up so I logged out but then could never log back in. Please assist, thanks!

Were Monzo able to offer any solutions?

Silly question, but did you use the CASS service for this!? Because that will close your Monzo account.
