I am looking for big help if anyone could guide me please reply to me. My mom’s account has been frozen for almost 1 month now. Everytime i contact monzo through the app they keep telling me they will get back to me and a special team is handling it. But i have still not got a response after such a long period of time. I have been using monzo and never had these experience.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
