Fraud/unknown source

I have a charge to my account from an unknown source. I now realize it has happened 3 times in the last few months. How can I trace the source and cancel it without having to refreeze and reorder a new card?

Scroll to the bottom of the transaction, at the very bottom in grey it will say who it is. Do you recognise that? Sometimes what is displayed doesn’t match.

If you do, contact them and see why they are charging you. Report it as fraud within your account.

If you don’t recognise them, then you’ll have to get a new card.

If you google the name it’s showing as it might indicate who they are.

If still unsure, at the bottom of your transaction there should be a ‘Something wrong? Get help’ button, tap that and follow the steps to raise a dispute.
