Fraud/scam

Hi I did a fraud report around 2 weeks ago, i got this message in the app yesterday dinner time, saying they have finished looking into it and


will be reimbursing in full. It’s been over a day and I haven’t had a reimbursement, it still shows as ongoing and haven’t heard anything else. Can anyone give me any clarity on this? On how long it takes or when/ if I should be expecting it? I always thought they closed Friday so if that’s right do I now have to wait till Monday? Thanks

Those payments should be refunded by now.

Should I ring up? I tried to message in the app but no one is understanding me with what I’m saying

Nope, if you go back to the date the transactions were initially made, you may see it’s been reversed.

Nope still coming up. No refund . I posted this Friday it’s now Monday. Im not sure what’s going on

Just respond in the app advising the payments haven’t been refunded, unless they were made by flex they would just go back onto your flex transactions not your bank account.
