Hi the frame you take the picture of your ID is out of sink you take it in frame and when it shows you the one you want to send is 1/2 out of the box

Actually, thought this might be useful for others who’ve come across the same problem! It’s a known bug the Android team will be working to iron out in the next couple of months along with others in the identity verification process.
