Details to reproduce:
OS: iOS 18.2
Device: iPhone 16 Pro Max
App Version: 6.8.0

First time reporting a bug, so be kind!
Noticed this formatting issue after updating to app version on this screen. It still functions but looks a bit odd.

There did not used to be grey boxes under the amounts

Looks to just be an iOS issue. No extra grey boxes here on Android
