Flex removed from Apple Pay by issuer

I’ve just had a notification on Apple Pay that Monzo Flex has been removed by the Issuer?

Is there a reason for this?

Weirdly, it’s still on my phone? Just my Mac laptop that’s told me it’s been removed? :man_shrugging:t2:

Have you tried adding it again?

Have you frozen your card? Freezing your card can cause messages like that.

Never froze my card! It just came up as a notification on my MacBook.

I since removed it and added it again with no issues, but confused as to why/how it happened in the first place!
