I opened a 12M fixed rate pot last week @ ~ 1.65%, only to find out the day after, there was a 1.81% fixed pot available. It wasn’t a huge monetary hit, but at least if there was a formal timeline of upcoming interest rates, my forward planning would’ve been better.
Would it be possible to put together a timeline of negotiations with vendors as well as expected interest rates? Thanks.
