First time top up

I’m wondering if its my post code, as the house is new and never shows up when searching online.

I would contact Monzo through the In-App chat under the Help section (if available) or email so they can look into your account for you.

This is only their community forum, the best place to get support is through the above channels.

My best friend is trying to sign up and getting stuck on the same screen.

Looks like its a global issue, I will email support and direct them to this URL.

Is there any update on this? I’ve been telling my friends how great Monzo is, and clearly, this leaves a terrible first impression.

I’ve just told my friend to email, but really, I won’t lie - it looks bad when it’s broken in the signup process!
