You have to sign up separately for Perks (I think there is a link in the app but it all works through an entirely different website, it’s very clunky)

Thanks this is very similar to the RBS rewards although you can now link direct from the app to redeem your cash rewards

Yeah I closed it as they just weren’t improving anything.
They still haven’t 
even having the perks directing you to a website and having to log in annoys me. Transactions also seem to take forever to clear too.

From what I read on Reddit, quite a lot of people get rejected for an account.
I’ve had an account with them more than once before but it went through without a hitch. Offered me a 2K overdraft too.

Ah, I actually kept mine but I got a message a few months back saying if I didn’t use it, they’d make it dormant. Since I ever responded to the message, or indeed used it, I presume that’s what happened.
I agree. I love the interface of FD more but it’s ground to a halt. I doubt they’ll bother as they’ll have got to the point where most customers are fine with what exists.
