It’s a good question & that’s an interesting article but it doesn’t reference any independent sources that are keeping track of multiple company’s plans.
Brexit obviously is a big deal for companies that need passporting - clearly it’s significant for the main source for that story. But that’s not all FinTech companies. And when it comes to Monzo, they’re hiring ~5 new employees a week & plan to double the size of the company this year (to 130 - 150). So it looks like they’re pretty committed to the UK & they don’t seem to be struggling to find new team members despite that.
