Hello, I do not like the way the account balance does not change until you go into the app. I does not give one a nice feeling when you go onto the app, you see an amount of money and then it goes down before your eyes. Does not give a good feeling.
Hello, yeah it’s mildly annoying but nothing really to worry about.
Do you get feelings of joy when there has been a deposit so the balance increases rather than decreases?
Flip side, it gives you an indication that money has been spent/deposited since your last login.
The joy of having a nil balance and depositing £1,000,000 to see it increment before your very eyes 
Sorry, but I find thar a bit patronising. It may be mildly annoying to you, but to me it gives me the opposite of an endorphine rush. It is not a pleasant feeling for me and maybe other customers. Thanks.
