What is the EU Digital Services Act (DSA)?

The DSA came into force on 16 November 2022 and is directly applicable across the EU. The purpose of the DSA is to regulate obligations for in-scope service providers in their role of connecting consumers with goods, services, and content.

Member States’ authorities, the Commission and the Board

The DSA requires us to provide Member States of the European Union, European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services with a single point of contact. This is dsa@monzo.com. Our preferred language of communication is English.

Users

The DSA requires us to provide users with a single point of contact for EU residents to communicate with us on any matter relating to the DSA. If you want to get in touch about the DSA, including to raise a complaint, please email us at: communitysupport@monzo.com. In your email, please can you include your country of residence; and a summary of your query, concern, or complaint. Our team will review your query and take action as appropriate and in-line with our legal obligations.
