30-minute ‘slots’ all at different p/kWh prices per slot. Published each day at 4pm for the next 24-hours, so you can plan for load-shifting.
In our case, when a slot hits blue, the Home Assistant/Google Home automations kick in and the house lights up to use as much leccy as the main fuse will allow (because Octopus pays you to use electricity so you help balance the grid by using up the excess stored electricity)

Mine dips as low as -12.05p at 12:30! That must be a record surely?
I’m away from home at the moment, but at the very least I’ll be getting Home Assistant to turn everything on.
