My Email has beenhacked so I am unable to get into my monzo app? I have tried to telephone the help line was on hold for 2hours now the lines are down, can any one help?
Nobody here can help unfortunately.
Your options are to either telephone, or email them using an alternative email address.
Recover your email address, then you won’t need Monzo.
As my email has been hacked, it has been put on a freeze by Microsoft for investigation
If you cant access your email how do you know its frozen for investigation? I can honestly say ive never heard of microsoft freezing an account for this, you usually just reset credentials and security questions and away you go.
Because I can’t reset it or recover it, I’ve reported it via my work email to Microsoft.
I have, sometimes they freeze accounts for review, or if you need to recover your account there’s a wait time (I think it’s about 30 days?).
