Eligible salary payments not entered in double payday

Issue: Eligible salary payments not entered in double payday. Chat with help, initially they asserted incorrectly that the salary payment wasn’t eligible before agreeing that it was/should have been.

Raise it with the help section via the app. It’s not a problem to be solved in the community.

Oh, is it not? It’s not clear that on the front page that I shouldn’t have posted this topic (clearly a bug) here.

No bug here, you need to raise it through the app if you believe there’s a problem with your payments not being eligible.

You weren’t going to win anyway. Just forget it and move on.

I’m curious how you (not a monzo product manager/engineer?) have decided it’s not a bug? As an end user, the app and experience is defective. That is, unfortunately contrary to your view, a bug by definition. It’s been raised through the app (per my post above) and nothing has changed, so it clearly needs a review.

Monzo have agreed it should have been eligible so only Monzo can fix this.
