Struggling to download the app does it normally take hours? Using I phone 6s on fast internet although we live in the sticks!
Normally it’s really fast - but it isn’t under monzo’s control, it’s an apple server issue or your connection.
Try force quitting the app store and re-try the download.
As @DaveTMG said, it’s either an Apple issue or your equipment or connection.
I have an old iPad and apps sometimes get stuck downloading to that. Usually stopping the download and restarting it resolves the problem.
