It’s cost me 30 pounds to order a new card by international delivery. I don’t receive it after the expected arrive date. There are no tracking number , no support, the help article just let me reorder a new card again , then I have to pay 30 pounds again. No one is taking responsibility for the lost card, and is it so difficult for your side to provide the tracking number?
