Don't received new card by international delivery

It’s cost me 30 pounds to order a new card by international delivery. I don’t receive it after the expected arrive date. There are no tracking number , no support, the help article just let me reorder a new card again , then I have to pay 30 pounds again. No one is taking responsibility for the lost card, and is it so difficult for your side to provide the tracking number?

So, do I have to spend 30 pounds again to reorder a card that might possibly arrive or not

You won’t have to pay £30 again if it has been paid. You just need to ask support or await a delayed delivery.

Our side? Yes. We’re all just customers here, you need to speak to Monzo support.

If you can get through to someone at Monzo they will make it right, as @coffeemadman said, you won’t have to pay the £30 again.
