Do you buy through cashback sites (Quidco/TCB) and if so, what do you with the cashback earnt?

I used to be all over Quidco and TCB but nowadays I mainly use it for things like insurance, utilities and holidays where it’s material enough to be worth the effort.

The majority of our purchases our on Amazon and they’ve made it so convenient that most of the time we just buy without thinking twice.

I know what you mean. Here I am, sat waiting for the Amazon delivery driver for 4 items I ordered yesterday…:joy:

I’m increasingly finding that the easiest way to save on insurance is to just call them up quoting the imaginary perfect price that their biggest competitor has offered you.

For the first time in ages, primarily because of this thread, I used Topcashback this afternoon and bought the wife a travel hairdryer from that famous 3 letter brand well known for its hair products and got almost a fiver knocked off. It might only be 5 quid, but cashback is cashback and it’s hardly any effort just to click the retailer link through TCB.

I just have the browser add on’s reminds me that I can get cashback, and takes a click of a button, hardly a big extra step to earning some free money.
