I spoke to somebody about a issue I was having a few evenings ago and the chat hasn’t ended so I can not start a new one but the person isn’t responding
It’s kind of less of a live chat and more of a continued conversation.
There’s no need to start a ‘new’ one - perhaps just reply again asking for an update to give them a nudge.
