An update - credit tracker in the Lloyds app has updated and is also saying that my score has gone up because I’m paying off missed payments.
Obviously a TransUnion issue and I defer to Monzo’s explanation that they just report what TransUnion tells them.
Just here to say that I’m also experiencing this issue. First noticed it last night. Getting the exact same messages as you in both the Monzo and Lloyds apps. Also never missed a payment and I’ve never changed any payment due dates either. Checked TransUnion and there’s also nothing showing there regarding any missed payments.
