I thought I’d test out whether I could pay my credit card this month on my Mon…zo card and did a test £1 payment. It went through fine but came up as an ATM withdrawal.
It was a Capital One credit card if that helps.
I have and entered all of the details, but if it’s anything like the logos it’ll be a while!
I reported the same when paying off my work AmEx a few weeks ago. It hasn’t been fixed yet but, in a sense, I’m happy that others have the problem too.
For me that’s why we need to post here too - get a sense of how many others it affects.
As well as reporting it in the app of course.
