Hi, can you create under 16s accounts from a joint account? Weighing up whether to create a joint account with my wife to then create kids accounts vs. waiting for the co-parent feature.

No, you create from your personal, managed by the parent who created it.
It’s not even really an account. It’s a pot within an adult account and the adult is in charge.
