Add a cool down timer to the action of deleting a direct debit. This is an existing feature for payments.
Isn’t asking you to confirm twice enough?

I still did it by mistake. Alternatively, creating a way to re-instate one that was deleted by mistake?
Monzo can’t set them up for you. You’ll need to go to whoever you’re supposed to be paying.
If you ignored two warnings then you’d probably not realise within 10 seconds either.
