as a buyer in summer 2022, we didn’t manage to see a single Purplebricks property.
You schedule a viewing for a time that suits you, and it either gets cancelled, or they propose something at a completely different time that is in the middle of the working day or similar.

At the height of the market where most properties sold within a week, Purplebricks properties were taking significantly longer to shift

Good luck with that property! Lots of lovely areas between Swansea and Cardiff too.

As long as you’re close to the Motorway junctions, things aren’t too bad. But most of the A road connections get heavily congested.

Looks like exchange is happening very soon! It’s been a damn long process.

Can’t wait to apply for all the bank accounts once my mortgage funds are released :laughing:
