Please add a feature to be able to convert an existing payment into a scheduled payment, for example overpaying mortgage.

You can do this already.
Go to the Home tab.
Navigate to the transactions list for the account your payment goes from.
Click on the transaction payment.
There is an option to make it a scheduled payment with a slider button.
You can then choose how often it happens.

There are some exceptions though… I think it is when its a person rather than a business that you cant make it a scheduled payment… This is really annoying!
