# Contactless pin prompt every transaction

**Issue:** I use my card at Costa coffee most days and it is making me use the pin every time. This is the case for about 5 days

**Details to reproduce:** review my transaction history  
**OS:** happens on both my Apple phone and on the card  
**Device:** Apple  
**App Version:** 3.71.0

How do you enter your PIN when you pay on your phone?

I think I know what you mean now. I think getting in touch with Monzo is your best bet.
