Is it just me who thinks Monzo have dropped the ball here? This is like Barcelona letting Messi go on a free transfer when he was in the youth team. One of the single most influential peopke at monzo never even got to work for them and is now moving on 
this is bad!
Really bad for Monzo’s community, but good for Alex, and I wish him all the best. It sounds like the second most perfect job for him.
