I’ve had Emma for a while but find that it’s confused a lot of my payments and transactions. When I send money from one account to another, it counts it as an extra income - but it’s not - it’s just the same money moved around.
Is there any way to stop this from happening?
You can set certain payments to be ‘excluded’ - the system then learns from any ‘corrections’ and will do this automatically moving forward - i’ve found it works very well - I had several internal transfers between accounts messing things up but its easily rectified.
