Curve were silent and even said they were investigating why creation was doing what they were doing all the while they knew exactly what curve had caused.
Curve is a mess, I was literally talking to a family friend who was double charged over £800 in a shop because curve and their denies. They denied but charged his underlying card, he switched card in the app and retried and it did the same again locking double the amount before he directly used a 3rd card without curve without issue. He has had no response from support (he is metal) and when I said curve expects you to tweet them for support he was stunned.
This is before you get to the weekend FX fee’s for the new mastercard rate which no one else has, they used to use the interbank rate + weekend fee’s but now its just a mastercard rate + fee’s unlike using monzo etc directly.
I am not sure how people can defend the mess they are. I wish curve were better but they really are not.
