I manage the accounts for a sole trader business (trader is a family member). I need to be added as a collaborator so that I can access daily bank transaction data. The invite link was sent to me but never arrived. Today I have an email from Monzo saying that I am unable to accept the invitation as it has expired!
Typically, I would access the account on my desktop so that I can export the data, I dont use the app - at the moment the only way to access the account is via verification on the account holders app which is at times very inconvenient.
I am hoping ths issue isnt due to the fact that I dont have a Monzo account, I am quite happy with the banks I have held accounts with for many years.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
I would recommend you try again and check the spam folder.
