Hi monzo way did you closing my account
What can of bank is this I trying to call from yesterday to speak with someone!!! Just by email and online??? And not by email even… nobody answer back to me. They blocked my money and closing my account
Monzo does not have internet banking, are you sure you have the right bank?

Might be a ‘technical problem’
They never gave me Internet banking well mobile banking is Internet banking in a sense.

The few of us that posted a helpful message to contact support, and they reply with that… like really… what do they expect?!
I think it is the same people/person making these threads but only Monzo can tell us that…
