What can of bank is this I trying to call from yesterday to speak with someone!!! Just by email and online??? And not by email even… nobody answer back to me. They blocked my money and closing my account

Monzo does not have internet banking, are you sure you have the right bank?

As others suggested get in touch with Monzo directly via email help@monzo.com

Might be a ‘technical problem’ :upside_down_face:

They never gave me Internet banking :sob: well mobile banking is Internet banking in a sense.
