What are they? I saw one around and wondered what it was, aparrently they make sure the roads are safe and are the same as a traffic warden

They give out tickets for things like littering and parking.

Often the job is outsourced by the council and the person can have the powers of traffic warden, civil enforcement and environmental officer.
