You paid. You saw the film. Albeit with an argument with the manager. Seems to be a Customer Service issue rather than a contractual issue, not sure what Monzo can do about the poor service you feel you received from the cinema.
You may even find you blagged your way into a film for free if the Pending transaction doesn’t carry through and the amount is returned to your account.
Part of the contract is reserved seating I assume which wasn’t received. I’d complain to the cinema personally , it’s probably easier to get your money back that way.
