One of the things I don’t get is why people get bothered by a fair wait for a non urgent query like “can you add me to TestFlight?” Or “how does X work?”. The non urgent aspect says it all (I’m also with @Rat_au_van here: 1 day wait must be a glitch)
All I really care about is that someone replies (almost) instantly if I have a urgent query.
