I must be one of those lucky ones who has not had an issue with Chase. Of course that depends on what you call an issue. If you think a couple of minutes for a transfer to occur a problem in your life you have ‘issues’ of your own.
As I’ll repeat from something I posted a while back, when I first got my first bank account it could be 10 days for a cheque to clear, so perhaps while you seem to waiting ‘for ever’ for some transaction to happen do what most of you seem to be doing and worry about the colour and/or design of your card & bleat about that.
