That is also imminent!
They are updating the design for the card in Apple Pay - mine is showing debit in the top right-hand corner now.
Think thatâs been around a few weeks now.
Coolio - mine hadnât updated so I think they might be updating them automatically.
You need to remove and re add your card for it to update.
Iâve just activated a replacement debit card and it has automatically updated my Apple Pay design.
Mine updated automatically. No idea when. Noticed it the other day.
The usual stuff. Not sure theyâve asked since account opening, which was 22nd September 2021. Thatâs gone too quick.
Definitely had that once (early this year) since I opened the account.
Had that a couple of days ago.
Seemed a bit harsh stating that if you didnât submit by some date in November, you could no longer use the app.
Some questions seemed a bit more inquisitive than usual.
They need to make sure that information is up to date, so it makes sense they would stop you using the app if you fail to update them
Not something Iâve ever had from any other bank/BS.
Checking for any differences or inconsistencies since last time/application? What real differences could there be - large increase/decrease in salary/savings? Marriage/divorce? etc. I would have thought theyâd have algorithms for that sort of analysis.
Nothing - they just want an update to monitor your account appropriately.
This information could also be used for considerations of lending when they finally launch a credit product.
If you canât spare 30 seconds in 2 months then youâve got much bigger issues.
Itâs not a test/trick questions. Just give a quick update.
Sorry for expressing an opinion, and participating in some dialogue. When will I ever learn?
I look forward to shooting some unsuspecting mug down in flames myself in the near future, and joining the gang.
Always seems odd to me that none of my legacy bank accounts ask for yearly updates, but Starling, Monzo and Chase say they have to do it, but feels like more a data grab at the same time
âWhat number was this morningâs movement on the Bristol Stool Chart?â
It was the âfrequency of underpant changes?â that I felt was a bit intrusive.
Anyone else had the recent survey? Very interesting.
The first rule about Chase surveys is you donât talk about Chase surveys
