The upcoming changes to Flex I believe will not be very welcome to customers. I regularly order from Amazon where my total order is over £100 but Amazon change me per item or for batches of items all usually at less than £100. I will no longer be able to flex these purchases over 3 months interest free. This is a very bad decision I think on Monzo s part and will certainly change the way I use my flex card and indeed bank with Monzo. A rethink I believe is in order. For an account voted best for the previous few years why change ??

Monzo want to make money, not friends. This has been the way for new customers for a long time. There will be no rethink.
