I am failing to change my address on the application, it’s still stuck on activate card of which the card was sent to my old address and I want to change address so the new card is sent to my current address.
You will need to contact Monzo support through the in-app help for this
As above, you’ll also need proof of your new address.
Hello, thank you for your response, but the problem is that the app is not giving any other options. I have attached a screenshot of what’s on my screen. I can’t go to support option.

No, you need to email help@monzo.com from your registered email address explaining why you need to change your address pre card delivery.
They may require a selfie with your ID too, and an explanation why you ordered your card to an alternative address then a few days later changing it - it could look suspicious.
To clarify this is a community forum filled with other Monzo users, this isn’t for any official support.
