I’m aware certain financial institutions operate in the mainland and explicitly won’t service customers in Channel Islands. That isn’t anything to do with citizenship.

Flew with TUI last month and no mention of not accepting Monzo on either flight, just American Express and pre-paid cards.

There was a time where until not long ago people were saying they wouldn’t accept your card so they’d just apple pay (they can’t see the card).
