Cash deposits with admin card?

We operate multiple stores and struggling with cash deposits.

Obviously we can use the main card but that’s not suitable for the other stores, we tried banking with expense cards but they get declined at the post office.

Does anyone know if we add extra ‘admins’ to the account we can use their cards to do cash banking? I feel like I’m banging my head against a brick wall. It’s not an ideal solution for a fully regulated bank.

I’ve tried live chat but just keep getting the same canned responses linking back to the allowances and how to bank.

I think the answer is migrating to another bank that has a better setup for cash (for example, pay-in slips etc).
