Card Payment refused

I tired to order some doggie supplements from a UK company called Lintbells yesterday and my card payment via the Monzo card was decline them them or the payment system. I then tired order from dog food once again the payment was declined. Is there anything we are able to do to have these companies accept monzo payments?

There was plenty of credit on the card to cover the cost involved.



Could you get in touch with support from within the app? I have a feeling that this might be a billing address issue but one of us would need to check the payment details. :slightly_smiling_face:
